The Leaping Lemurs! Summer Science Camp is a co-ed camp designed for grades 3rd through 8th that includes a mixture of classroom learning, fun interactive activities, and of course plenty of time with the lemurs! Each camp includes appropriate modules that guarantee an educational and fun filled time for your child. Participants learn about all aspects of the Lemur Center, including research, conservation, and animal care. This is a great camp for the animal lover in your family!
Grades 3rd-5th and 6th-8th.
* Although half-day camps for 1st- and 2nd-graders have been offered in the past, the DLC is not planning to offer a summer camp for this age group in 2018. *

6th-8th camp dates: June 25-29 and July 23-27.

Nope! As cuddly as the animals may appear, our lemurs are wild animals. For the safety of our animals and our guests, no visitors are allowed any physical contact with the animals.
